We review the relationships we have with our providers on a quarterly basis. We use providers that are responsible, efficient and responsive. Our providers are tracked quarterly on their performance: percentage of on time deliveries tops our list!

Value is our prime consideration

There is no advantage in a cheap rate when the shipment does not arrive on time, your customer complains, you get aggravation, or it results in a loss of business and revenue.

We vet all our providers with stringent prerequisites before we even consider making them a partner.
After all, just because somehow has a cheap rate doesn’t make them a good carrier.

All carriers must:

• Must complete FBI Carrier Profile Form
• Must supply copy of Provincial and/or State Operating Authority (ies)
• CVOR/DOT safety rating of “Satisfactory” or “Satisfactory-Unaudited”

• Must provide a copy of insurance certificate, whereby minimum coverage is:
  • Motor Vehicle $ 1 000 000.00 ($ 2 000 000.00 if transporting Hazardous Materials)
  • Public Liability $1 000 000.00
  • Cargo $ 150 000.00
• WSIB (Ontario) or Workers’ Compensation Insurance (Statutory)
• If US based, W9 form
• Must have been in business for a least one (1) year
• Must have a minimum of two (2) trucks; preferably no older than five (5) years
• Must have direct contact ability for drivers: mobile phone, pagers, gps, satellite tracking
• Must have three (3) references from other clients that they have done business in last 6 months
